Genesis connected Services® Privacy Information Collection
Your vehicle is enrolled in Genesis Connected Services®, subject to the Connected Services Agreement between you and Genesis. Data is generated, transmitted and processed by your vehicle and related the Genesis Connected Services®, which include certain connected services, vehicle technologies and related features and services.
As part of the Genesis Connected Services®, Genesis collects, uses, discloses and processes data about you and your vehicle, which includes personal information, precise geolocation data and other sensitive data, usage and performance data, driving data, and other data generated by your vehicle and the Services (“Covered Information”), as described in our Vehicle Technology and Services Privacy Notice.
Your Privacy Choices. You have certain privacy rights and choices regarding your Covered Information. You can submit privacy requests to Genesis, including requests to opt out of sales and sharing of your personal information or to limit certain uses and disclosures of your sensitive personal information, by submitting a Personal Information Request. You can also review and update your preferences for certain Genesis Connected Services® features through your MyGenesis account. To stop all collection of Covered Information, you must cancel your Genesis Connected Services® subscription to disable Genesis Connected Services® for your vehicle.
