In the event of a vehicle theft, the first step is to contact the local police and file a report. Next, reach out to Genesis Connected Services at 1-844-340-9741 and provide Customer Care with a copy of the police report. Our team will promptly collaborate with law enforcement to facilitate the recovery of your vehicle, and our GPS technology can aid in locating and/or immobilizing your vehicle.
Model Year 2018 and newer model Genesis vehicles all support Genesis Connected Services and as long as the customer has a valid subscription, they will have access to the app.
